Abbie founded Letters of Hope in 2018 with the aim to spread kindness, raise awareness, and break the stigma around mental health. The organisation achieves this through sending hand-written letters to those who are going through a tough time. These letters share helpful coping strategies, and words of empowerment, and connect those who are struggling with the support that could turn things around.
